George Wythe High School has named Tony Dunford as the new boy’s basketball coach. Dunford had been an assistant coach under former Geo. Wythe head coach Pat Burns. One of the coaching stops for Dunford was Christiansburg High School, where he served as head coach. Coach Dunford said,” I’m going to give the kids 100 percent and see what happens.” Dunford is on an interim basis for this season.
