Pulaski Co. assistant football coach Tom Hale has retired, from coaching. The Cougars have made some changes to their football staff. Bradley Sutphin will now be assistant for the varsity. He had been the middle school head coach. Former Cougar players Bryan Dalton and Randy Dunnigan will join the Cougar coaching ranks. Dalton will be the new middle school head coach, while Dunnigan will help with the varsity.
